Distance, mobility, and busy schedules can make cemetery visits difficult. Headstone Refresh helps families care for loved ones’ memorials with respectful cleaning, seasonal flower placement, and clear before-and-after documentation.
Owner Chip Frederickson has been cleaning memorials in Western Pennsylvania since 2020, serving cemeteries throughout Westmoreland County and the greater Pittsburgh area.

Headstone cleaning services
Every cleaning includes a condition check, gentle hand cleaning, light debris removal immediately around the marker, and before-and-after photographs. Final price is confirmed from a photo before scheduling.
Small or single flat marker
Small flush markers and single granite markers up to approximately 24 × 12 inches.
Standard flat marker
Single flat markers up to approximately 36 × 18 inches.
Companion flat marker
Wider double markers and companion bronze-on-granite memorials.
Bevel or slant marker
Raised bevel markers; single slant markers begin at $139.
Standard upright headstone
Single upright headstones, including base where safely accessible.
Companion upright
Double uprights and larger two-person memorials.
Large family monument
Large, multi-piece, highly detailed, or family monuments are quoted by size and condition.
Bronze marker cleaning
Gentle bronze cleaning. Refinishing, repainting, and structural repair are not included.
Memorial bench or crypt face
Crypt faces start at $149; stone memorial benches start at $229.
Heavy biological growth, unusual access, extensive detail, large size, cemetery fees, or travel outside the normal service area may affect pricing. Unstable, cracked, flaking, or leaning memorials may be declined and referred to a monument professional.

Flowers and seasonal remembrance
Artificial flowers are our dependable standard. Fresh flowers remain available for nonseasonal requests at current market pricing. Holiday placements use weather-resistant artificial flowers and include a photograph after delivery, subject to cemetery rules.

Standalone placement
A dedicated placement visit with photo confirmation. Travel adjustments may apply outside the regular service area.
Fresh flowers
Available from spring through fall at current market price: fresh mixed bouquet from $69 or premium bouquet from $89. Start and end dates depend on weather, flower availability, and cemetery regulations. Standalone visits add the $35 placement fee.

Patriotic artificial bouquet and flag placement from $79, where cemetery rules permit.

Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & special dates
Artificial bouquet placement $79 or premium artificial arrangement $99. Birthdays, anniversaries, veterans remembrances, and other meaningful dates are available by request. Photo confirmation is included.
Holiday placement loyalty discount
After completing their first year, returning holiday-placement customers receive 10% off eligible holiday placement orders. Cemetery restrictions, travel charges, and special custom orders may be excluded.
Veterans Memorial Care Fund
We accept donations that help make headstone cleaning and flower placement more affordable for veterans’ graves. Donated funds are used to provide discounts on eligible veterans memorial services as funds are available.
