Estimates and pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Your written estimate will reflect the memorial’s size, material, condition, accessibility, travel requirements, and requested flower options. We will explain any change before work begins.

Customer authorization

The person requesting service confirms that they are authorized to approve care for the memorial. We may ask for identifying details, a photograph, or cemetery location information before scheduling.

Cemetery rules and access

Services are subject to each cemetery’s rules, hours, weather restrictions, and permit requirements. If a cemetery requires family authorization or a fee, we will let you know. Work may be rescheduled if access is restricted.

Memorial condition and safe cleaning

We inspect the memorial before cleaning. We may decline or postpone work on a stone that is unstable, severely cracked, flaking, leaning, recently repaired, or otherwise at risk. We do not use household bleach, wire brushes, or aggressive pressure washing.

Cleaning removes suitable surface soiling and biological growth; it is not restoration or repair. Stains, mineral deposits, weathering, discoloration, and permanent damage may remain. Some biological treatments continue working and may brighten the stone gradually after the visit.

Flowers and seasonal placements

• Artificial flowers are the standard option. Fresh flower placement is available at current market price from spring through fall; start and end dates depend on weather, product availability, and cemetery regulations.
• Colors and varieties depend on seasonal and local availability. Reasonable substitutions may be necessary.
• Cemeteries may remove arrangements under their own maintenance schedules. Weather, wildlife, mowing, or groundskeeping can also affect placements after delivery.
• Holiday services are scheduled around Easter, Memorial Day, and Christmas, subject to availability and cemetery access.
• After completing their first year, returning holiday-placement customers receive 10% off eligible holiday placement orders. Cemetery fees, travel charges, and special custom orders may be excluded.

Veterans Memorial Care Fund

Donations may be accepted to help discount eligible headstone cleaning and flower-placement services for veterans’ graves. Assistance is not guaranteed and depends on the amount of donated funds available, cemetery access, memorial condition, travel, and scheduling. Donations are not currently represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Contact us before contributing or requesting assistance for current details.

Scheduling, weather, and travel

Service dates are estimates until confirmed. Rain, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, cemetery conditions, or product availability may require rescheduling. Any travel charge outside our normal service area will be included in the estimate.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us promptly if plans change. Because flowers and other materials may be purchased specifically for an order, cancellation terms can vary. Any order-specific terms will be stated in your estimate before approval.

Photos, video, and social media

We may record before-and-after photographs and progress videos during service. These images and videos may be shared on Headstone Refresh social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, to demonstrate our work. Memorial names and dates may be visible. We will not publish customer contact information. Customers who want their service kept private should notify us before work begins, and we will honor that request.
