By requesting work, the customer confirms that they are authorized to arrange care for the memorial. Before-and-after photographs and progress videos may be shared on Headstone Refresh social media, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. If you want the service kept private, please tell us before work begins. All work remains subject to cemetery rules and a condition review.

How is my price confirmed?
Send a recent photo when possible. We review the marker’s size, material, condition, location, and requested flowers before confirming the total.
Will I receive photographs?
Yes. Completed cleaning and flower-placement visits include photo documentation.
Can you place fresh flowers?
Yes. Artificial flowers are the standard option. Fresh flower placement is available from spring through fall at current market pricing; exact start and end dates depend on weather, flower availability, and cemetery regulations.
Do you clean every memorial?
No. If a memorial is cracked, unstable, flaking, leaning, or otherwise unsafe, we may decline cleaning and recommend a monument professional.
Can I contribute toward care for a veteran’s grave?
Yes. Donations to the Veterans Memorial Care Fund help provide discounted headstone cleaning and flower placement for eligible veterans’ memorials as funds are available. Email us for donation details or to ask about assistance. Contributions are not currently represented as tax-deductible.
Which areas do you serve?
Our primary area includes Greensburg and Westmoreland County, with service available in the greater Pittsburgh area. Travel may affect the quote.
Are seasonal visits available?
Yes. Easter, Memorial Day, and Christmas placements are available with ordering deadlines based on supplies and cemetery schedules.
